Our Philosophy

At Old River Veterinary Hospice and Home Euthanasia, we believe that every pet deserves to be treated with the utmost love, respect, and dignity, especially during their final moments. Our mission is to provide the highest quality hospice and palliative care, home euthanasia, and geriatric disease management to ensure that your pet is as comfortable and pain-free as possible, for as long as possible. We understand that saying goodbye to your beloved pet is never easy, and we are here to support you every step of the way.

Dr. Julie Chapman has been practicing veterinary medicine in Little Rock since 2011. She is passionate about attending to the special needs of geriatric pets, and ensuring they get the care they deserve to live out their golden years with comfort and dignity. She believes in the value and importance of home euthanasia for both the pet and the family, and strives to make the experience as peaceful as possible for everyone.
